Ayasan is a leading multi-country service platform offering maid, babysitter, elderly care, cleaning, and driver services with Japanese-quality hospitality and trusted local expertise.

We currently operate in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Japan, with over 100,000 registered workers and more than 1.000,000 satisfied families. Our clients include expatriates, Japanese families, local professionals, and corporations seeking reliable household and business support.

Ayasan provides services across the following regions:

• Thailand: Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Nonthaburi
• Laos: Vientiane (commercial cleaning)
• Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi (B2B Cleaning)
• Indonesia: Jakarta, Bali
• Cambodia: Phnom Penh (opening in 2025)
• Philippines: Manila (opening in 2025)
• Japan: Yokohama, Tokyo (Ayasan.jp)

All candidates are personally interviewed by Ayasan’s staff to ensure quality and reliability.

We verify and store copies of their ID cards and do not allow online-only registration. For employers who require it, a criminal background check is available starting at 2,000 THB per person.

Ayasan provides in-house training for all unexperienced or semi-skilled candidates. Training includes: cleaning, laundry, cooking, caregiving, childcare, and professional conduct. Specialized programs are also available for corporate cleaning and elderly care staff.

Most caregivers are certified nursing assistants or have completed the Ayasan Cares caregiving program, which covers fundamental health care, communication, and patient support skills.

You may choose from the following four interview methods:

1. At home (up to 3 candidates may attend)
2. At an Ayasan office (Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, or Chiang Mai)
3. Online interview via LINE, Zoom, or Google Meet
4. Trial service (up to 3 days)

• Interviews can be arranged within 1-3 days after your inquiry.
• We accept interview requests 7-10 days before the desired start date.
• Interviews set months in advance are not recommended, as most candidates prefer to start working immediately.

If a hired worker is not a good fit, Ayasan provides a free replacement service. Our support team offers assistance in English, Japanese, and Thai.

We strongly recommend signing a written contract to prevent misunderstandings. Ayasan provides sample contract templates that can be customized according to your needs. (See Download Contract section on our website.)
